Myself working as a Scientist at Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute (CEERI) at Pilani and I got opportunity to persue my PhD at karlshrue university under Dr. M.Thumm sir in the frame of DAAD fellowship so I will be there after 20.09.09 onwards. Dr. LM Joshi gave me your reference.
